REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – Healing Hertz LLC, DBA Soft Touch with Sasha
At Healing Hertz LLCDBA Soft Touch with Sasha, we value your time and commitment to your wellness journey. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following refund and cancellation policy applies:
24-Hour No-Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations (More Than 24 Hours Notice)
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time may be eligible for:
A full refund, or
A credit toward a future session (at the client’s request)
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-shows”) will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients. The full session fee will still apply.
Provider Cancellations
If Healing Hertz LLC, DBA Soft Touch with Sasha must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of Healing Hertz LLC, DBA Soft Touch with Sasha.

Limitation of Liability (Washington Law)
